Bhumika Tharoor is the DC-based recruiter helping to build CNN’s newsrooms and show teams. She currently supports CNN Digital and programming across DC, New York, and Atlanta including teams such as The Lead with Jake Tapper, The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer, CNNPolitics, CNNMoney, newsgathering, and more! Prior to CNN, she was at The Washington Post focusing on corporate recruitment. Bhumika is certified in behavior-based interviewing and has implemented projects on culture and digital transformation in the media space. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Georgetown University.
