Architect, City Planner, Writer

I am so excited to meet you all! I recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Architecture. For undergrad, I studied Urban Planning at NYU. I have worked on major city planning projects such as the Songdo International Business District and Seoul's tallest skyscraper, the Lotte Tower. I also worked on the Korean Legation Building in Washington D.C., which was Korea's original "embassy" before it was acquired by the Japanese in 1910, then recently reclaimed as a historical landmark. My design and urban planning experience have always been intertwined with public policy. Currently, I am helping Pearl Kim's campaign for Congress.
I love to tell stories through art, writing and songwriting. A few years ago I wrote a personal FB post titled "Where has Korea's Beauty Gone?" that went incredibly viral. This first exposure encouraged me to continue connecting with the world through the power of written and verbal communication.
