A panel of columnists and op-ed writers of color will discuss the pressures they face when confronting race in their work. As people of color writing opinions about communities of color, the panelists will share methods for how they cope with backlash from trolls, concerned readers and even their own editors and colleagues. They'll also talk about how to pitch and publish race-related op-eds.
